Use this if you want your kid’s phone held hostage – SecureTeen Parental Control Review

This used to be an excellent app. They managed to turn it into a piece of garbage. It randomly hides all your kid’s apps and places restrictions you didn’t ask for! I had to factory reset my daughter’s phone to get the app off and regain control of her phone. Tech support is via email- every few minutes, hours or once a day. Impossible to resolve anything that way. I asked for a prorated refund only to be told the guarantee time frame is a whooping 15 days. Save yourself time,money, and massive frustration (and a mad kid) pass on this one!!!
