Can not – Toca Life Paper Bag Cat Review

I CAN NOT get it to work. It's installed on my iPad but... I CAN NOT find it .again it says that it is installed . I just CAN NOT find it any tips... GET IT TO OPEN. other than that it is probably ok. So please help me use it.
