Awareness is Epic – SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring Review

The first step in changing an action is to recognize it. Using this App subconsciously tells your body that something is not quite right when you are sleeping. Within the first 5 nights of use my score dropped from an 82 down to a 29! Since then it has bounced a little bit and now I am focusing on my diet, actions, and habits before going to sleep. I am inherently a very active person and sometimes go from full throttle to zero mph! This has proven to have a negative effect on my quality of sleep. Pillows and bed clutter are other things one must consider before diving into apparatuses that may treat the symptom and not necessarily attack the causes. Thank you Snore Lab !!
