RoseBuddie1013 – Angry Birds 2 Review

Every time you you update, I can’t play for a few days and LOSE all my daily awards that I actually paid for. And the game is even freezing up on me and I have to either shut down my iPad or go play another game for awhile. It has finally come back, so I can an play after about 2 1/2 weeks. I had about 10 days of gems left to collect, at 70 a day that I PAID for! I would like them back! Also, my daily feathers were up 180 a day, now they are down to 90 a day, I would also like that back! You need to have a place where we can go right in to customer service and not have to do a review and have to wait weeks or not even get an answer back. Or is that your way to ignore all negative reviews? I sure hope I get a response back, very soon!
