Useless for Avis Preferred – Avis - Car Rental Review

I joined Avis Preferred in hopes of being able to skip the line and go directly to my car with this app. I have attempted this about 4-5 times and only succeeded once. Each time it is a different issue. The reservation doesn’t load or I just get a message telling me to go to the counter.
