Love it, but I need help on something. – Step by Step Draw for Animal Jam Review

Hey, I really really love this app but for some reason I opened it and so many cartoon characters were there and then they vanished. I got really sad. I don't know what happened and also, can you add more cartoon characters? Thanks!
