Not recommended – Humminbird FishSmart Review

If you buy HD maps through the app and later try to add “layers” using Humminbird ChartSelect, the two platforms don’t recognize each other. H’bird told me to get enhanced layers I’d have to repurchase the HD maps I already paid $30 for. What a rip off. I’ve been a Humminbird customer for over 30 years and have spent well over $15K and this is very disappointing.
