Pretty good concept with room for improvement. – Calm Harm – manage self-harm Review
My self harm is actually binge eating or snacking unecessarily. That being said this still seems to work a fair amount of time.
The suggested improvements:
•Needs Touch ID. Who has time to log in everytime?
•When it asks you to list things it would be nice to put like 20-30 blank lines that can be typed on. Coming up with a mental list actually stresses me bc it feels like a test where I need to remember my answers.
•How about a virtual dice or a virtual bubble wrap? It’s not entirely practical for me to keep things like that with me.
•How shout a diary section or a way to vent or type as an addd feature of “support” or “distract”?
Overall good app! Can’t wait to see it become a great app instead
