Fun collection of strategy games – Ancient Games by BubbaJoe Review

This is a great collection of strategy games that also gives a glimpse into history (an especially winning combination for me, personally) as well as into various cultures. The games’ rules are well implemented and clearly detailed in the help sections, which should not really leave any room for confusion for almost players. AI progresses smoothly; I love the inclusion of adaptable as well as fixed difficulty so that you can practice as you see fit (either by having the challenge match your performance or by locking in a level so that you can develop or test strategies). I run an abstract strategy club at my school for the students and this is a fantastic practice tool, both for myself and for the students. In fact, most of the games I included in the “curriculum” are included with only a few exceptions.
