Continued advertising of mobile boarding pass but never available – Southwest Airlines Review

For whatever reason I am never offered the ability to get my boarding pass via the app! So sick of this and there is not an explanation to be found anywhere. FIX THIS OR AT LEAST EXPLAIN IT.
