Can’t make an account and it’s glitchy – UberFacts Review

I just installed the app on my iPhone after having it on my iPod years ago and went to make an account and it kept telling me that I am banned from using it on my device or making a new account even thought I don’t think I ever made an account with them previously or with the email I used.
