Every time I try and swipe for a new fact it tells me that I have been banned. I have never made an account and have only had the app downloaded for 2 days.

I just installed the app on my iPhone after having it on my iPod years ago and went to make an account and it kept telling me that I am banned from using it on my device or making a new account even thought I don’t think I ever made an account with them previously or with the email I used.
