Gratitude – SoulCycle: Indoor Cycling Review

I want to express how grateful I am to be able to be part of the gang at Bellevue S.C. I had never cycled indoors before and when SC opened its doors a little over a year ago I decided to give it a try. It has been over 80+ rides since then and I’m feeling stronger, fitter and uplifted by my experience. I’m 58 yrs old and I’m a front rower rider now...took me a year to make that decision.
