Fraudulent company. Do NOT Use! – GoShare: Deliver, Move, LTL Review

I downloaded this App to transport a bed from Costco to my home. Everything went smoothly and my new bed was dropped off within the hour. I immediately checked the app once my driver left and saw that the total was around the original estimated cost. However, GoShare doesn’t charge right after the service ends but allows their drivers to edit the “Total Time” until the following day. I checked my statement a month later and found I was charged double the amount since my driver changed the time to 2 hours. I immediately emailed the GoShare team who responded briefly to my first email saying they would find a resolution but have now ignored the rest of my emails. All I can say is to expect a very disappointing experience and unprofessional company.
