The only good cartoon app on the market – Instant Toon: Cartoon Art Cam Review

I downloaded and tried seven different apps that are supposed to let you create a carton version of yourself, and this is the only one that is even remotely good. It’s not perfect, but it’s significantly better than anything else out there.
