Can’t download – Candleman:find yourself Review

Got an email telling me the app is ready for download but when I go to the App Store the tab still says ‘preordered’. Any ideas? If I can’t get any help downloading this app then please return my payment. Tried downloading through purchases as suggested but app doesn’t appear in purchases. When I look up the app the only tabs I get are preordered or view. Logged in to my apple acct everything seems ok. When I check my purchases candleman comes up as pending. I am unable to do anything further with it. Final update Finally showed up in purchases and let me start the download. Thanks
