Terrible customer service – Ticketfly - Events Near You Review
After contacting the venue about not receiving confirmation or tickets They told me I made a mistake entering my email address.
I explained this via ticket fly’s email customer support and received an automatically generated case # and a promise for a response.
Four days ago and nothing.
I couldn’t wait on hold long enough while at work.
They charged my account for tickets though. No problem with that.
