Delta nightmare – Southwest Airlines Review

I booked a flight from SF to Spokane thru Delta. They changed my flight times and when I reached out to them to 1) find out why my flight times changed, 2) why I wasn’t notified of the change, and 3) try to make adjustments that would work into my schedule they told be I would have to pay a change fee. Luckily after several phone calls and speaking with a supervisor they offered to refund my money. Yeah for Southwest!!!!! They get my business! I should have went with them in the first place.
