App review, not cup cant complain – Ember - Temperature Matters Review

I read the reviews before I got my cup and was expecting to have connectivity issues with the cup and phone but after attempting to “make” it have issues it never happened. The app is plain and straight forward. I could not judge having multiple cups atm I have only 1. I always have Bluetooth issue on my unlocked iPhone X but not with this app and cup so ??‍♂️
