Love SW – Southwest Airlines Review

I love Southwest. I liked SW until 9/11/2001 then, when I was flying on SW, I got stuck in Albuquerque. SW employees were very helpful in a very stressful and uncertain time and SW put their passengers in a motel until we could get out (no charge). I was well taken care of. I love the bags fly free and still fly SW anytime they are available. The employees always seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows in the way they treat their customers.
