NO CUSTOMER SERVICE – PressReader: News & Magazines Review

This is a terrific app when it is working. If the app has to be re-downloaded or there is any other issue, there is absolutely no meaningful customer service available to the end-user. They insist on communicating via emails which do not solve the problems. For companies as large as the New York Times and the Washington Post and other major newspapers, there should be some way of providing interactive customer service in order to get this app running. Their webpage that is designed to authorize devices, does not work!
