I have tried to cancel this and I have been charged two extra months when I only wanted it for one month. Not sure what to do next.

Everything about this program is great except for two things. 1) If you switch phones or tablet, you lose all your publications. This ignores a large portion of the users who intend to study and reference the material over time. 2) It does not allow the ability to highlight the material or take notes in those sections. The only notes section is for public commentary, which is a different purpose. If we pay for the publication, we should be able to keep it forever and highlight it and do what we need to do with it. Being in the digital world is nice because you can search many publications for keywords, but without the ability to archive what is the point?

I’m subscribed through the King County Library System and need to constantly reauthenticate. Terrible user experience which renders this largely useless. As of late I can’t even find my library on the search screen that pops up, even though the account screen shows everything correctly. What a mess of an app!

I like reading the headlines and the enlarging the articles I want to read. I also like having the paper follow me insread of having to hunt for it when I travel.

I used to love this app but it’s now buggy, read out loud function doesn’t work and the app shuts down unexpectedly, please fix!

The latest update (released on November 20 or 21, 2019) broke my ability to read the New York Times eNewspaper (using “Replica-like” format). Now, when I click on a highlighted article’s heading, I get to read only the first screen’s worth. The updated app refuses to recognize finger swipes to go to next page! This is on my Apple iPad running iPadOS 13.2.3. Please fix ASAP!

I have been a loyal NY Times reader for 4 decades. Living remotely, I am only able to get a subscription via PressReader. Sorry, but I feel that the system works better for PressReader Incorporated than for its subscribers. I have recently spent a full half day renewing my subscription as my credit card on file had expired. PressReader deleted my account at the stroke of midnight when my yearly subscription expired and I was online and on the phone for 5 hours to become recognized as a subscriber and become reinstated with my updated payment information. Was there an email updating me of the impending end of my subscription? Nope. Wake up PressReader you are a service industry and we are your clients! I have already noted my renewal date in 364 days in my 2020 calendar.

Downloaded the latest update and now the app doesn’t even start. Can’t delete the app as I’lol lose all my previously downloaded magazines. What should I do?
