Abandoned by Developers – Tales of Adventure Review

Don't even bother with downloading this game. The developers have outright abandoned it, with no news or new events in several weeks. The "developers' responses" on this page recommend you contact them through Facebook about any suggestions for new content, bug fixes, or glitches, but they have stopped responding to messages on their Facebook. Facebook Messenger conveniently shows a read receipt, letting us players know that they are ignoring our messages. The worst part is that in order to maintain your game status (it's a competitive online game), the game runs on a very stiff premium currency that costs real money. These gems are then used to purchase for in-game events such as bid wars or spending events. However, as stated previously, they've stopped providing these events, yet still provide an option for purchasing the currency for them. Essentially, these developers are taking our money that is supposed to be used to provide for the game, and have run away with it, without providing the service they're supposed to. It's extremely dishonest and almost criminal! Don't even bother with the webpage unless you're fluent in Chinese as well, as the entire thing is written in it. And since they never respond to questions or concerns on their only method of contact - Facebook - the only option is to just not bother with this game. Almost all of the top 10 players in server 1, myself included, are seeking refunds and are quitting the game in protest. Hopefully this app won't be allowed to knowingly steal money from any more unwitting players for much longer.
