Game will go to the start up screen and says it logged me in but then when i go and press start it just keeps logging me in over and over and wont let me play the game

Don't even bother with downloading this game. The developers have outright abandoned it, with no news or new events in several weeks. The "developers' responses" on this page recommend you contact them through Facebook about any suggestions for new content, bug fixes, or glitches, but they have stopped responding to messages on their Facebook. Facebook Messenger conveniently shows a read receipt, letting us players know that they are ignoring our messages. The worst part is that in order to maintain your game status (it's a competitive online game), the game runs on a very stiff premium currency that costs real money. These gems are then used to purchase for in-game events such as bid wars or spending events. However, as stated previously, they've stopped providing these events, yet still provide an option for purchasing the currency for them. Essentially, these developers are taking our money that is supposed to be used to provide for the game, and have run away with it, without providing the service they're supposed to. It's extremely dishonest and almost criminal! Don't even bother with the webpage unless you're fluent in Chinese as well, as the entire thing is written in it. And since they never respond to questions or concerns on their only method of contact - Facebook - the only option is to just not bother with this game. Almost all of the top 10 players in server 1, myself included, are seeking refunds and are quitting the game in protest. Hopefully this app won't be allowed to knowingly steal money from any more unwitting players for much longer.

I like this game battle system better then the first personally. My only issues with this game is that I recognize the dialogue from a digimon game that I play. Not to mention that for some reason it’s no longer letting me past the start game screen and it’s been like this almost half the week. I’ve tried clicking app support to see if I could get some assistance or something but the web page it sent me to was all in another language.

When I try to evolve the "Char" character, my game freezes and I'm forced to re-launch. The problem persists and I cannot proceed through the tutorial.

So it’s said top up ANY amount and you get the nine tail character. So I did. I top up .99 cent. I didn’t get anything. I looked and now it said I need to top up at least 60 gem. This is false advertisement!!! So so not happy with this. Do something about this ad if you don’t do as said. At least change it and said top up 60 gem and get ninetail. Sigh***

I can load the game but all I see is a black screen with a few numbers, one of which seems to be an fps counter judging from the fluctuation of numbers near 60. Fix this. (Edit) Even after the update, I still can't see anything except the black screen with numbers on the bottom left

I enjoy this game very much but if there is one thing I don’t like is the gems you get per dollar spent and how many gems you need to do anything worth while. $5 will get you 250 gems which it costs 240 gems to draw and even if you draw you don’t 100% get a monster unless you draw x10 or you draw once for the 11th time. This game is fun and I enjoy climbing the ranks with my guild mates!
