Fix this – Bakery Story 2 Review

I was playing this game for awhile now and I got up to level 12. As I got up there I opened the app, made me do the tutorial all over again and reset my rank coins and the whole thing and I was back to level 2. This really needs fixed or else there is no way to go up in this game for me.
