Less Dependable than Uber and VIA; possibly racist – Lyft Review

NYC. Have had 3 disastrous experiences with Lyft. They often cancel rides at last second at worst times (rain, late night, etc.) one driver even stopped in front of me and as I was about to open the door, I heard a click - door closed and driver drove off. Pretty sure it was race related. Complained to Lyft support, and they ignored as well.
