Love this app but HUGE BUT!!! – Diary, Journal, Notes - Diaro Review

First, out of all Journaling apps out there this is the best one. The other Journaling app MOMENTO I was using was close and I loved it but had no Play Store equivalent for my Android tablet. I needed something that would seamlessly sync across devices. Diario had done this and then SOME! It has multiple options to organized entries and the ability to have multiple journals in the way of folders which can be organized further with tags and locations. One thing Diario does not have which was a huge selling point with Momento is the ability to add feeds from different social media platforms and had them automatically recorded in your Journal entries. This would make Diario unstoppable. Second thing, the tablet version has more customizable options the the iPhone version. Meaning, I want to have the option to change my UI theme and UI Accent color on my iPhone which the tablet has. The iPhone only has UI color option which doesn't do it for me. I want to be able to change the the UI theme on my iPhone to black(amoled) as it would make the colors of folders and tags look just as awesome as on my tablet. Third and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I am sorry to inform you all but my experience with the support staff at Diario has not being as positive as with other reviewers. In fact, it has been neglectful. I bought the pro version on January of 2017. I was giving up my beloved MOMENTO app for a reason already mentioned. I had countless entries on this app but no way to transfer it to Diaro. It could be done with Day One app but not for Momento. I wrote my request on a previous review on the play store and got a quick response to email them with more details which I did. After, the email they never responded. I emailed them several times and NOTHING! I have emailed them periodically over the last year and NOTHING! For those of you who know how Precious our journal entries are you can feel my dismay. I have a whole ton of memories trapped in another app and the Diario team couldn't care enough to at least let me know how I could possibly fix this. Despite this, Diario is still that good of an app that it is the app I am choosing to use to this day. And that despite the neglect from its staff as an app it stands out as the best one out there. I still recommend its purchase. And, if someone in the Diario team is reading this, please help me with this issue. I will quickly update this review and let everyone know how you actually were helpful this time and I will give this app the 5 starts I want to give it but with out the transfer of my other entries from MOMENTO I CAN'T.
