Pretty sucky right now – Polly - Polls for Snapchat Review

Regardless of how many times I enter my Snapchat username it says that there is no bitmoji linked to that username. Then I go on snapchat and the bitmoji app and everything is fine. I’ve entered my username multiple times and every time it says it’s incorrect but I know it’s not. I’ve checked, I’m not stupid ?. I’d just like to know how to fix it so I can see the results of a poll I made.
