Where is my order? – Newchic-Fashion Shopping Review

I’ve placed an order 44136709 and I’ve been told it’s on Back order even though it was “in stock” when I ordered. I’m still waiting and have no email to send my inquiry! Payment has been made, I’m willing to wait for my product but there has to be a better way to access customer support. I’m forced to resort to this review page in hopes of getting assistance! What’s going on? Crystal
