Charged for upgrade but can’t access – Calf Book Review

I’m very dissatisfied with this ap. I was debited $25 to upgrade from the complimentary version on February 22, 2018 and STILL when I try to login, I'm told that my free trial has expired and it sends me to the 3 options to purchase. Numerous efforts to contact them have elicited ZERO RESPONSE!
