Great App – weLost™ Social Weight Loss Network Review

This is a very supportive app. I don't use the networking part of it because that just isn't my thing, which makes the daily recording of my weight that much more reinforcing. Every day I see some improvement and am encouraged to keep going. It could not be easier to use. It is right there in my phone and if I am tempted, all I have to do is check my progress. It is a great app. Thanks.
