Hate the “picked for you” pins – Pinterest Review

A while back Pinterest started showing me pins in my main feed they somehow thought I’d like to see- supposedly based on who I follow. I hated it, but there was a toggle button under settings where I could turn it off. So I was fine. With the latest update, they’ve retired that toggle button so I don’t have a choice anymore- they clog my feed with things they think I want to see. For example, I started following a recipe board but then changed my mind based on seeing what they posted and unfollowed them. However, my feed is now completely clogged with pictures of food everywhere that I didn’t ask for and don’t want! Ugh, Pinterest, I will stop using your app if this doesn’t change!!!
