Says “Application does not exist” and shuts down – 'A Reggae Music: The Best Reggae Songs and Roots with the most Popular Dancehall Radio Stations Online Review

When I try to open this app (I have an iPhone 8) I get a pop-up error message box that says “Application does not exist” and once I press “Ok” the app closes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times but the same thing keeps happening. Once, when the App Store popped up its “rate this” window, it almost looked like it would start, but once I dismissed the “rate this” window, the same error box popped up saying the app doesn’t exist.
