Love the idea – Ladder, Your Digital Coach Review

While I really love the idea of having a virtual personal trainer matched to an individuals unique needs, this app falls short. The matching process is far too vague and ignores important variables such as finding a trainer who specializes in specific age, current fitness level, and other health categories. This type of app could be life changing if a more detailed personal assessment could be completed then matched to trainers with those areas of expertise.
