The accountability factor is everything – Ladder, Your Digital Coach Review

I am pretty experienced in the fitness space, but horrible at accountability so decided I’d try out this app. I was incredibly surprised and extremely impressed with the level of personalization and attention I received from my trainer. He was careful to understand my likes and dislikes, and even gives me suggestions for awesome group ex classes on my cardio days! Also the team is awesome and responsive as I had some tech issues early, but they were quick and efficient to respond. Really looking forward to nutrition tracking (heard a rumor it’s coming down the road - fingers crossed.)
