Must Read! – ThankYouPro - Thank You Cards Review

NO ONE RECEIVED MY CARDS! The app itself is quite easy to use with 23 cards to choose from of varying fonts and colours. The cards are are slightly more business/formal related rather than the lovely hearts and flowers type. Once you have completed making your card it says that it's mailed out right away which is wonderful since I don't have to search for a stamp or run to the post office. The personal touch that a physical card brings is quite nice. However, after sending three cards I hadn't heard from anyone and began to wonder why so I sent a "test" card to a friend down the street. After a little over three weeks of her not receiving it I began to wonder if anyone was receiving my cards. I have emailed Customer Service and am waiting to hear back. Will update when I have resolution. Based on app, ease of use I give it 3 stars. Because my cards have not been received, 1. Also, the app does not allow you to put in your own address. You can only use the countries they provide from a drop down menu. Therefore, you won’t be able to send any cards to FPO AP addresses. ***UPDATE MARCH 10, 2018*** After writing the review above, my neighbor received her card about 10 days later; two weeks after making it. As for the others, I cannot confirm whether or not they received theirs. One month later customer service still has not responded to my email inquiry and I don’t anticipate they ever will. I won’t be purchasing any more cards from this company and will switch to a more reliable one. Good, honest customer service is everything with a company and I haven’t found it here.
