Annoyed – Community Bank's CB2GO Review
After the last update to the app I have not been able to access my account in this app or even online. I received an email that said I would be prompted to change my user ID when the update was completed, but it never did. I’ve been banking with Community Bank for nearly 3 years and have never had a problem with this app until now. Anytime I want to check my account balance I have to drive to my local Community Bank ATM when i should be able to just open this app. It’s very frustrating.
