For the past two days my app has been saying application error and will not let me in. This is very inconvenient. There is no update for the app either.

I’ve never had a banking app that is so simple to use! I absolutely love this app!

I have no idea what’s been wrong with the app but for the past couple weeks, every time I try to open it, it says “Application Error, the system was not available please try again” very frustrating, I have even deleted and redownloaded a couple time but still nothing.

This app used to be very good and made my life a lot easier with the ability to mobile deposit checks. Now it says error or system is down whenever I try to use this service that is advertised and promoted. Very disappointing and needs a new update NOW!
Can't paste (Resolved)

Your new update does not allow me to paste my password from lastpass. This is very frustrating since I have a very complex password for my bank account. Please fix this!!!! Update to review 2/19/18 Latest update has corrected this issue. Changed to 5 stars. Everything works great!

After the last update to the app I have not been able to access my account in this app or even online. I received an email that said I would be prompted to change my user ID when the update was completed, but it never did. I’ve been banking with Community Bank for nearly 3 years and have never had a problem with this app until now. Anytime I want to check my account balance I have to drive to my local Community Bank ATM when i should be able to just open this app. It’s very frustrating.
