Definitely not free – Scan Hero: PDF Scanner Review

It says free when you download, but as soon as you open the app it starts throwing subscription options at you. You get a 3 day trial, but it's limited, they continue to fill your screen with adds, and it doesn't work well. Don't waste your time downloading it.
