Won’t CONNECT to controller!!!!!!!!!! – VRSE Batman Review

What is going on? This game will NOT connect to iPhone. I have spent way too much time trying to get this to work for my son... not cool! What is the fix? My other son had the Jurassic World VRSE and it works great. I need this fixed ASAP!
