No app support! – Dosh: Find Cash Back Deals Review

Dosh app support is pathetic. I, first, reported this issue on February 20th after trying to figure it out on my own and I have yet to receive any response. The issue is that I’ve tried linking my state employees credit union NC bank account several times and have been annoyingly unsuccessful. I put in my login credentials and it keeps asking me the same security question over and over and over. I, ALSO, tried entering the information manually and when I put in my account and routing number, that I’ve checked for accuracy, it gives me an error message stating “no positive or negative information has been reported on the account”! I’ve closed the app, reopened it, uninstalled and installed again and guess what? Nothing has changed. Guess who can’t cash out their earned cash back and referral money? Me! Guess who cares? Not Dosh :(
