Bait and Switch – Earthquake - alerts and map Review

Really not happy that the first item on the description (push notifications) is not actually available unless you pay.... blatant bait & switch. Will uninstall and NEVER pay for this app, just based on principle. Why not just be upfront and list your limitations in the description?!
