Good motivator – Push ups: 100 pushups pro Review

Good motivator and tracker. I do push up, sit ups and squats challenges. I’d give it 5 stars if they’d lose the annoying 5’ pre- and post-workout stretch prompts and change the workout session day tracking to numerical order only instead of the weird week/day situation. I’d rather know how many times I’ve worked out at a glance. That being said, I gifted this entire package of all the challenges to everyone in my physical therapy clinic.
