it works! – Shhh... Sleep in Seconds Review

today, i saw this app on a snapchat story about how to fall asleep faster. i was feeling sleepy after my bike ride and wanted to nap for a little, so i thought i’d try the app out! i was sitting there with my eyes closed thinking “this isn’t going to work...probably just a stupid app...” and the next thing i know, i woke up three hours later! it this app really works.
