Good Features, Easy to Use, Text Notifications Buggy – Walgreens Review

I have set up text notifications and push notifications for prescriptions multiple times. They work once or twice then stop. I check the settings and they’re still showing as turned on but I never get the messages. I don't know if this is a problem with the app or with my specific Walgreens. Currently it wont even let me activate push notifications. I have an iPhone 8 plus with the latest software update.
