What Happened? And why haven’t you fixed it after so many negative reviews? – SeatGuru Review

Can’t believe this is happening. After using your app for years, and recommending it to all my friends, I’m sitting in Changi airport trying to find what kind of plane I will be on to Hong Kong. Simple, according to the app. But, as so many people have already said before me, the updated app is broken. Why haven’t you addressed this? The last update I have says ‘bug fixes’. Are you not aware of the growing frustration with your app?
