Cannot get full download of app after purchase – Montessori Letter Sounds - Phonics in English, Spanish, French, German & Italian Review

I have purchased this app, but only half the choices are working. THERE IS NO INFO in the settings. ALL PAGES ARE BLANK! It also says to Check Internet connection (it is working fine on other devices). I cannot figure out how to "earn" marbles. I cannot figure out how to create a parent account/profile. I am exasperated! I really want these apps to work, but they only partially work. Support is totally absent!
