No so helpful app... – Your Texas Benefits Review

I’m having trouble receiving info on missing item I need for my case and when I call to speak to someone it’s a run around. What’s the purpose of having a site to be able to review your case and you can’t see what’s all needed for your case if they don’t post it on the site.
