Never received full credit for my purchase :( – Road Warriors Review

I purchased a limited time offer of 3k credits plus add removal. The purchase went through but the app just froze and I never got any credit for my purchase. Now in the latest update I can see that my purchase is there and the no ads banner shows up by I never received my 3k credits. :(
