Fun, BUT... – Pearl's Peril Review

Like most micro purchase games, you are restricted to some degree if you aren’t willing to spend money. But this game is worse than most. You hit a point, around chapter four, where you do not have the coins to purchase items that generate flowers that allow you to open up new chapters. And coins are VERY scarce in this game. So you sit there, with plenty of energy, but unable to open up new chapters in a reasonable amount of time. This means, if you still are willing, to play old chapters over and over and over until you finally get enough coins. Frustrating. June’s Journey is much better in this regard.
